About NAIAD 2020

NAIAD set out to make the insurance value of healthy ecosystems a practical part of water-risk management, reducing the human and economic toll that floods and drought impose. Alongside insurers and municipalities, the project developed, tested and packaged the concepts, tools, applications and business models needed to put that idea into everyday use.

Project Funding

This project has received funding from the European Union’s Horizon 2020 research and innovation programme under grant agreement No 730497.
